This summer, God gave us a glimpse of His Kingdom at work in Central Falls. Teams from Chicago and from Hamilton, MA partnered with Iglesia Cristiana Centrados en el Evangelio to help lead Vacation Bible School.
Over the course of two weeks, an average of 45 children came through the doors each day. What excites us most is that about 30 of those kids were from outside the church, and may have never otherwise stepped into a worship space. But during this VBS, the Gospel was shared clearly, joyfully, and in ways that connected with young hearts.
Beyond the lessons, games were played, friendships were formed, and the love of Christ was demonstrated through every activity. The visiting teams didn’t just run a program — they poured themselves out in service, modeling the very heart of Jesus.
We are deeply grateful for these servant-hearted teams, for the faithful leadership of Iglesia Cristiana Centrados en el Evangelio, and for the reminder that God is raising up workers for His harvest here in New England’s cities. Central Falls is just one example of what can happen when the Church comes together with a shared vision: to see lives transformed by the Gospel.
